    Hi Sarah, the largest balloon is a 12" Link O Loon inflated to its maximum 12" size. Each layer then reduces by about 0.5". The smallest balloon on this one is a 6" Link O Loon to roughly 3". It is worth experimenting to see what works for you. Hope this helps!
