Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Full Written Recipes & Price Breakdown
2 bottles of sparkling cider $2.50 (pear and apple)
No Bake Cherry Cheesecake $6.25
1 block of cream cheese blend $1.25
1 8 oz jar of vanilla frosting $1.25
1 tub of extra creamy cool whip $1.25
1 Graham cracker pie crust $1.25
1 can of cherry pie filling/topping $1.25
Soften cream cheese to room temperature and mix by hand or with a mixer until smooth and creamy, add in entire jar of frosting and combine. Then fold or whip in cool whip (thawed). Add to pie crust and refrigerate for 4+ hours until chilled and firm. Top with cherry topping and serve.
Spinach Dip Pull Apart Skillet $6.25
1 block of cream cheese blend $1.25
1 4 oz block of mozzarella cheese $1.25
1 bag of frozen chopped spinach $1.25
Parmesan cheese $1.25
Cheddar garlic biscuit mix $1.25
Soften cream cheese to room temperature and mix by hand or with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Thaw spinach and drain well and mix into cream cheese. Shred mozzarella cheese and add 3/4 of your shredded cheese into spinach mixture, add parmesan cheese to taste.
Mix biscuit mix with 1/2 cup of water per package instructions. Brush skillet or baking dish with vegetable oil and add dollops of biscuit dough around the outer perimeter of skillet. Fill middle with creamy spinach mixture and top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until biscuits are golden brown on top, around 18 to 20 minutes.
Lazy Lasagna $5.00
1 block of mozzarella cheese $1.25
1 jar of pasta sauce flavor of choice $1.25
2 bags of cheese ravioli $2.50
Thaw ravioli in fridge overnight or on counter top for 1 hour and grate mozzarella cheese. In a small baking dish, add a small amount of pasta sauce to the bottom and begin stacking ravioli. I use a brick laying pattern to fill in all the gaps, adding a small amount of sauce between each layer of ravioli. You'll get about 3 layers total. You can add more sauce if desired but using less sauce means a better chance of your ravioli sticking together to give that distinct layered lasagna presentation.
Top with mozzarella cheese (parmesan cheese is optional since we have it on hand for the spinach dip) and bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
Allow to set for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Everything looks wonderful but the idea of using frosting for the confectioners sugar and butter is pure genius!

Came on to say this. Frosting is just butter and powdered sugar. She is so stinking smart when she puts these things together!
These are great. It goes to show you don't have to spend a lot to make a meal for someone you love! 🥰

I would add the spinach dip as a layer in the lasagna and have the biscuits on the side!

That is something I never thought of. Thank you for sharing that tip.
Been watching your videos all day. I've been cooking out of Dollar Tree for years. Didn't realize it was a thing. Good job young lady.
Because of you, I bought those cheddar biscuits and they are great. And SO EASY.

Nice to have 2 options! That’s great in case you have one and not the other. Thanks for sharing ❤
Not enough likes!!! I totally binge watch your channel and then run to Dollar Tree 😂
I think if you freeze the block of cheese for half an hour , you would be able to grate it easier.
You are awesome. Your recipes are great. Thank you for sharing realistic recipes for us folks on a low budget.😊
I love this idea!! So much cheaper, and way more romantic! For $20 you can't even feed one person at a nice restaurant these days! My husband and I are almost feel guilty going out when we can make things that are delicious at home. We save our recreation money for the movies or entertainment kind of things. Side note: I'm totally getting the popcorn at the movies though!!

We went to Taco Bell and it cost $30 for 2 people somehow lol 2 burritos, 2 drinks, and some Cinnabon delights
Looks amazing! I always throw plain granulated sugar in the coffee grinder or food processor and violá you have powdered sugar. I have a mini chopper I got for $5 at Dollar General and it works for this too!
Love your recipe ideas. I must say that your Dollar stores are much better stocked than any I go to here in Charlotte North Carolina. These stores don't come close to having the items to that your stores have.
Sour creme and any flavor instant pudding. Also cheese cake
You're right about the cheese being too cold and too crumbly. I used to know someone who would buy extra cheese when it went on sale. They'd cut it up in smaller pieces and put it in freezer bags. So when they needed some for hot dishes or soups ,they would thaw out however much they'd needed to use, but if they had to shred any of it, was very crumbly to do.
So smart to use the frosting inside the cheesecake!
Love it!!!❤. So gonna make the spinach dip!!! Thx!!!
I really like your recipes, you show exactly how to make them, you even leave them to be copied. And you give a real world taste test with honest results!! That cheese cake looks tasty and spinach dip too.
You are so innovative 💡 in your recipes
Try making individual "lasagnas" with the round ravioli in muffin pans.
I love this idea except I need to make changes. I will be alone on the 14th so that's a ton of food for one person. My original plan was pizza. But I kind of want to do this!!!

I love that! Yeah the ravioli is a little dry but I just go light on the sauce so it looks like a lasagna, we ate it the same way, extra sauce on the side 🥰🥰 I’m so glad you tried it and loved it!
LOVE ❤️ 😍 all your videos
I'm gonna make that cheesecake! 😋
Making the cheesecake for Valentine’s Day today!
This dinner looks DIVINE! ❤❤❤
I love feta spinach cheesy bread and I know DT sales feta so I’m gonna add that also to your spinach dip 😋 I freeze the cheese blocks and then shred them. It’s easier. I may add a little stevia to the cherries to add a little sweetness but without the extra sugar. Thanks for this awesome video!!!!!

U r so smart. Great job. We need more new meals 👍👍👍👍😍😍😍
nice job
Hi @dtdinners /Rebecca! I'm not sure if it's been mentioned, but you can make powdered sugar using regular sugar and a blender. But that's if your followers have a blender.
Great ideas! I love the DT cheese ravioli even just cooking it and mixing it with butter, garlic and some frozen veggies. Just mouthwatering and now i have to turn it into a lasagna lol
Brilliant
Looks good
Ok. Here goes. Love your channel!! I’m not much for the dip and spinach, I’m funny like that. I’ll rewatch that part and see if I can try it. Next, my favorite has to be the lazy lasagna! It’s simple, delicious looking and I can use any sauce! I make my own! Why didn’t I think of that?!?! Maybe homemade garlic toast. The cheesecake looks great and maybe sweeter cherries are available at dollar tree! Never knew they had sparkling drinks! You are amazing! You make everything looks so delicious. I made your sausage and white gravy with hamburger; I didn’t have any sausage. Perfect meal. Ty once again! Hope ur hubby enjoyed it!!!
No Dollar Trees where I live. But I still love your videos and ideas.
That looks really good. I think it would be really good also if you were to add the little sausage roll from Dollar Tree. I think that would turn out good as well.
You need lemon or lime juice in that cheesecake. It’s very close to the cheesecake recipe I’ve made for years. You are quite good at substitutions.
It easier to grate cheese if you put it in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes
What is cream cheese style blend made of? Thoroughly love your videos!❤
I wonder if you could use crescent rolls to line the spinach dip especially if it's only for a handful of people and just serve the extras on the side?
When the stove and microwave matched
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
You can always dice the cheese instead of using TBE grater
You could make many of your items more tasty if you used dried herbs & spices. You can purchase them a few at a time. You could make them optional. Just adding pepper & garlic powder to the spinach dip.
Do you think the parmesan taste like parmesan? I never tried the pear martinelis sounds great!
👍😊❣️
4:40 Rebecca!! My mom just screamed from the great beyond not to use your teeth. 😁😁
i don't have a cast iron skillet.. what else do you recommend for spinach dip
You can make your powder sugar grinding table sugar. I
I would have to convert all of those into gluten free so I can have it since I am a Celiac
Pour the spaghetti sauce in a bowl then dip each ravioli into it then stack in pan
Bougie on a budget. How cute!
Just blend the mess out of regular sugar it turns into powder sugar. But great recipe ideas 💡
All of our Dollar Generals got completely remodeled and they put in huge long frozen food cases because they knew what was coming and that prices would go through the roof. They are part of it. I am not as up on Dollar Trees as I get cat food from the General one. But I would bet they too are carrying more real food because they knew also beforehand. They’re all disgusting and despicable. Aldis kept prices down until now and yet now they raised their canned cat food too er 70 cents a can. Yes your cheesecake is missing that tart of lemon or lime. Try it and you will be amazed.
When you chill the cheese cake make sure to put the cherries in the fridge to chill as well.
Ah yes carbs dairy and sodium. That's going to get you in the perfect mood for valentines day activities.
Now I want to go see what the TikTok version of this video looks like.
