Tsabana literally a kind of food, the singer says that food has caused many problems to children,youth and old people country side. He blames on the government to allow that food in botswana. Children lost their weight and old men lost their teeth, when you go to hospital find many people there because of that food. (but i think he uses more figurative language to mean globalization and the consequences for lost of African traditions)
