makeup playtime - rearranging singles and some new products
Hey y'all,
Here's a fun one for you! I had a few new products come into my collection that I wanted to talk about, and then I was really itching to get into my single shadows. I ended up getting into that flow state and mumbling quite a bit, so I added captions where I thought they were needed. I did this manually, so I would love feedback on this. Thanks!
I was really happy with the end result of the quads and quints I built, but to be honest I'm not super happy with this video. It took a long time to edit (I filmed this a month or so ago now), and the more time I spent with it the less and less I liked it. I'm trying to fight my perfectionist tendencies by posting it anyways, since I have some time-sensitive (ish) videos coming up, like a project pan update and a shop my stash, which I'm excited about!

The yt algorithm must've picked you up because i just randomly came across this video. I love this style of makeup content. Playing and rediscovering what you already own. In an age of over consumption, it's refreshing to see someone play in, and enjoy the things they already own without feeling like I'm being sold something.

I understood you just fine even with my usually bad hearing/ comprehension, but the captions were well done! I know I wish for them sometimes with other videos I watch, so its very valuable and a thoughtful addition (but I know how long they can take and your audio is very good so I wouldn't worry about it for the future). The eyeshadow colour stories at the end were delightful 😍 (I do indeed have that iridescent palette lol)
