Thanks for the good camera work. Mine just arrived from Amazon. Other vids didn't zoom in close enough for me to see. I plan to sand off the top layer of the skull and paint-marker it OD Green.

Hi, If you own a Taurus PT111 G2 with a Taurus Security System Key Locking on the slide, make sure you remove this system from the slide, otherwise, you will have a ton of problems installing the steel striker.

@@bloodywheels seriously man, and I know for a fact when they do come out with something I won’t buy it until you review it or A2 reviews it. The lake like drop in threaded barrel seemed to be a flock. What I would really love is a carbine lol.

@@curtismurphy8279 you can swap out the barrel from the G3 and there's enough meat if the barrel could be threaded, just wondering for a friend who left on a boat with plans to do this but hasn't been heard of since lol

All of mines have upgraded backplates, stainless striker guides, stainless guide rods, and night sights

If its for taurus i love it hope there will be more accesories for taurus .

I swear I just ordered me a 💀 for my G3C waiting for it to arrive in the mail now and that’ll be my 2nd upgrade + your video will walk me through it

I was so wrong!! I’m struggling to get it off and yours is orange and mine is yellow and mine isn’t moving at all... Help

They do have some that have like white painted on skulls and different designs on eBay I bought 3 of those and 2 of the ones in this video

Thanks bloody wheels, I waited a long time for these for my Taurus guns, almost 5 months they were sold out immediately the 1st run. If they or other companies would make accessories for this gun I believe they'd make a mint as you said, they don't make enough products for this every ti.e I look its always Glock this n Glock that. Side by side ive done a comparison and I love my Taurus G2C and G3, I spent more than half what a Glock costs and have 2 G2Cs. So many people are buying Taurus guns because there so much better than the past ones Taurus used to make. Anyway just my 2 cents 🤪 that I saved buying these instead of a Glock lol

nice mine don't have that metal backplate in it mine it was full plastic but looks good if i didn't have the side belt clip on mine i prob would get it but still look cool

It does give it a very cool look.

what about a functions test? ive had mine put on but if you push it in it moves just slightly bc the sides that insert are just slightly skinnier than the factory oem slide plate cover also it will just slightly pull down with your thumb i dont know if its a problem tho just a little concern as long as it still fires then im fine with it but i have yet to go shooting with it since ive put the backplate on and the new stainless steel striker guide and springs but the new springs could alsp be the problem of it just a little loose

Hi Josh! The one I have installed just like the original. Fits tight. I have not shot the firearm with it installed. I may not keep the plates long enough for me to try.

No Chris for now just the punisher skull, and those were limited they run out real quick. I waited 5 months to get 2 for my Taurus G2Cs.

What about the G2S🤔 it’ll be here in a few days so I’ll find out lol

That's pretty cool, wish there was many colors and other logos. So you wouldn't be able to make aluminum? Don't you use a polymer with your 3D printing?

I cannot print metals. The printing filament is ABS, a thermoplastic.

Is it strong like the factory one? I don't want cheap plastic or metal in my firearm to break one day.... They look cool but not to tough..... Hopefully they are tough enough i want one eventually

The makershot is aluminum. Aluminum is generally stronger than polymer.

My plate will not slide off. I've worked on this for over an hour and cut myself twice. I can see the yellow lock is being released, but the plate will not slide down. G3C

I seen someone put it on a Glock gen 5 too

I have the Punisher Skull on all my Springfield Pistols XD ,XDM ,Hell Cat as far as the G2C goes I think it ranks with the Hell Cat 9mm I recommend the Hogue Beaver Tail Grip sleeve and the XS Sights R3D Night Sights Green -Taurus G2C Item # TS-R004S-6G.

The flag is not backwards. The flag is supposed to be facing forward. We are always going forward and the flag must not look like we are in retreat.

I have the G3C and mine is yellow the orange thing you saying push down and mine isn’t moving at all... Help + I have a real small screwdriver and it isn’t working not trying to destroy anything that’ll cause malfunction

Small flathead to small yellow plastic just above spring not spring and metal part of firing pin. The small plastic piece surrounding it. Push it just a bit in towards front of pistol and hold.

@@slyversa9613 tolerances could be different between pistols. That’s a possibility if someone else’s didn’t fit. But makershot advertises it as fitting the G3 and many more.

Hell of a lot easier if you’d simply take the slide off geeez

Just put mine in today .have to say they are not as good as factory one.for one mine doesn't sit tightly in the slide. Once the slide is slid back the new plate will slightly move up and down .and second it isn't built to spec. The gaps are far to big compared to the factory plate .tho nice looking,I'm disappointed

That is the last thing I would want on my gun if I was involved in a self defense shooting, and the police confiscated my weapon. Imagine the heyday a good defense lawyer would have with that little skull.

Had to use my teeth to hold the screwdriver

Just make sure if you find yourself in a defensive shooting, that you remove this before police confiscate your firearm won't look good in court.
