Someone who loves God follows His commands which means glorifying Him alone... and they don’t glorify the world, so they don’t sing secular music or promote drinking alcohol. You can believe in God but it doesn’t mean you follow Him or that you even know Him. You can feel that there is a connection there but again, doesn’t mean you know Him. Alabaster box is really an emotional song for me, I sang it to my mother the day before she passed because she asked me to. I haven't heard it in years because it truly triggers me to tears but this time it was as if a weight was lifted. Thank you.

So I'm not always about the tricks and flips. I think some singers hide behind the runs so they dont have to be as vulnerable. She is one of the few that delivers with every word and is so sincere... I love her.
