📌To find the filter, just search for "Shure RK 345"! Also the correct terminology is “windscreen”, not “pop filter” - my mistake!

bro, for sure it sounds better... cause u talk in it from a further point. So yeah it has less pops and breath sounds. The sm7b pop filter is longer than the MV7(x). Just speak from a further point with the original one and... same result

If you want to make KZread videos from your computer, you should use the software OBS Studio. You add the microphone there by adding an "audio input capture" source. Let me know if you need further help!

He's not the right person either. Considering he called a windscreen a "pop filter". They achieve similar results, but they're not the same thing. Pop filters don't block the entire diaphragm and muffle the sound

@@Starix_Gaming it does sound actually pretty good and fortunately you have the availability to upgrade to xlr when you are able to do so. I do think that if you got a decent interface and a pod mic or any of the $100 mic options, you could definitely beat the mv7.

Just to clarify as an owner of shure sm7b. The filter you’ve shown isn’t the best yet people use it only because it looks nice for streaming. Wouldn’t recommend using it if you’re not recording yourself.

Thank you for the comment! However, it does indeed improve the sounds for the microphone. Not a lot, but a little, so it’s not ONLY for looks. But everyone have different options on how it sounds 😅

Except that's not a pop filter. That's a windscreen. Pop filters are thinner and they go in front of the mic without covering it and muffling the sound. Windscreens are for outdoor use and cover the entire diaphragm to keep the wind off it. If you want better sound, throw the windscreen in a closet and buy a real pop filter (or make one from your sister's pantyhose) - Someone who actually knows wtf he's talking about
