Will be nice to have this option nondestructive and un-bevel everything in one click. In vray there is option to round edges using materials but it is not perfect.

Agreed! The round edges material for vray is also useful for complex geometry. I think it does a good job when the object is farther away

I keep seeing these tips for creating a bit of disorganization, ie drawers out and chairs offset. These are BAD tips for paid archviz work. They kind of make it more realistic, but in a bad way. I photograph interiors, and I would get fired if a client saw those sorts of "imperfections". The whole point is to have styling details look neat and correct. Nobody wants to look at a space and think a bunch of kids just ran through there

Photography and Archviz are two different things my friend lol. You have to make the house look nice and ready to be sold to a client. While archviz, especially for residential, more often than not, wants to make the space feels like someone is living there but still organized. If the client wants it organized then sure make it perfect, less work for me lol. But on the other hand most of us put the art in architectural visualization.

I have a video for free materials websites, as for models I download them from a lot of different manufacturers websites but I usually have to do the material myself
