Make Your Own SiFy Mask Using Transparent Displays
Ғылым және технология
SiFy Mask is a 3D Printed Winter Soldier mask from Capital America Civil War, I have modified the mask by adding two Transparent OLED Displays as the eyes of the Mask. This are 128×64 pixels OLED see through displays which I am using for showing few animations. Since the display are transparent I can see through them even when the pixels are on.
The transparent display are two way display, means the image is visible on the both side but inverted at one side.
The aim of this project is to make others see the animating eyes, even the image is visible on both side the person wearing the mask cannot see the display content since the displays is too close to the eyes to focus.
To switch between different animations and texts I have used Blynk app.
Special Thanks to DfRobot.com for sending out this amazing displays. Go and check them out 👇🏻

Amazing work on the Mask and your work is awesome, Thank You 🙂
Nice! You could connect the esp32 via Bluetooth to your phone and let it control a basic HUD. Maybe something like navigation directions as you travel around.

Thank you ☺️, yes we can display the directions but the problem is the person wearing the mask can't see the display contents as eyes are too close to displays to focus. But we can put these transparent displays in some distance, like in cars wind shield and display the things.
This is effing LIT! Nice work! Another project to add to the list lol Thanks for the video!

Awesome…keep going ❤
Good one brother! Keep up with the innovation
I'm curious if there isn't a slightly larger OLED and also if its programming would match the one in the video.
With eye tracking this would be good in a robot/android mask.
Do you think you could make a full mask with flexible oled display, you could turn thr whole mask into a screen capable of playing videos. It would be so cool

I am thinking of trying the flexible PCB as the LED mask , hopefully it's going to work 🙂

Nice! When you have the mask on, what do you see when there's something displayed on the transparent screen? Does it affect your view?

The display contents are not for the person who is wearing it, and yes there is slight vision blockage
I'm trying to make this but am having trouble getting the goggles to fit against the bottom half. Any advice?
