    Colin. Thank you for making this and your other videos. They rock! In this one, how is it that the reflection isn't also captured into the camera video you are recording through the back of the teleprompter/camera?

  • @VideoRevealed

    @VideoRevealed

    3 жыл бұрын

    I think it's because reflections are directly connected to the angle of light. If you look at anything reflecting around you, and you move your position, you'll notice the reflection changes too. So at a 45 degree angle, the light passes through the glass and hits the lens. If you moved the glass on a different angle, you'd eventually see the words in the lens. Make sense?

    Thank you for the great video., Collin. I experienced the advantage and huge benefit of using a Teleprompter and PPT Mirror software: I speak more freely and, of course, ‘‘get my messages across’’ in self -produced videos. I display my PowerPoint in reverse or flip it and put my tablet in the teleprompter and advance the slides with remote, simple, and easy to use. Which leads my videos to more naturalness and assist me in delivering professional narration.

  • @VideoRevealed

    @VideoRevealed

    2 жыл бұрын

    What you're calling blurry might just be the second reflection on the second side of the glass. My glass was very thin so the second image is close. If you've used thicker glass, that would be the problem. Applying the tint at an auto tinting service would definitely help.

Otherwise, you'd have to leave it open flat and have a much larger (longer) support base. My laptop doesn't open up like that.
