@@glenatkin4972 I'm not sure where you're from and what products are available for sale there. I have tried various methods and found a product containing permethrin to be effective. It is diluted with water and sprayed on the soil as a mist, making it very efficient. It's an excellent remedy for ants, ticks, bedbugs, cockroaches, silverfish, and mosquitoes. Read about its pros and cons, but in my case, the issue with ants was resolved.

Fantastic Dan - the posh job surely warranted a Brittany moment no - or is the best still to come? As for my own lawn(s), I sowed your Dwarf Rye on the 8th May and results are so so. This was my first renovation effort so I shouldn’t be too hard on myself. A bit patchy in areas of which I’m going to sort tomorrow (June 1st), but I think I can narrow it down to a few things. 1). Poor choice of compost (too lumpy), 2) I could have rolled the seed in a bit better, and 3) I should have fleeced. Everyone thinks it’s looking great but the attention is in the detail for me. My front lawn is looking powerful, I’d love to share a couple of pics somehow. All in all, the ‘want’ is very much alive and kicking thanks to you so here’s to many more years of lawn care.

Hey Dan, I posted on your Facebook group but no one seems to be able to help. What do you recommend for a new lawn bed / full renovation. Do you use FC29 and mix in FC5 after. Would you recommend using just FC5 with FC4 on top for seeding? I've watched your videos and you linked FC29 in your ultimate lawn renovation Part One but you didnt say what it was you used? Thanks

Looks classic Dan well done your customers must be pleased? LIke some of your customers I have a concrete edging between the lawn and driveway,if or when we get a dry sunny spell the concrete draws the water from the grass despite watering well down the edge making the grass very burnt . What else can I do, please?

Been watching your videos since early spring, as a self confessed lawn addict they are absolutely fantastic. Couple of quick questions if I may, how often is too often to be cutting at the moment, and what would you recommend as the optimum height? despite my best efforts I still have issues with poa annua, although the dwarf rye is crowding it out in the main I'm resigned to having to invest in some attraxor 😞

Hello Daniel, just wondering did you start on your lawns with a rotary mower then over time level out surface and make its cylinder ready or did you just rip up and over seed? Thanks TK’s Turf Care & Landscaping

Superb Daniel! I get confused when I'm striping unless I'm just going up and down.....but I'll never get that kind of definition because I only have rotary mowers without a drum. What did you do to the fs38 handle......did you just loosen the bolt to be able to rotate it like that? Anyway, superb mate!!
