Make Your Impossible Dreams Come True! | Ms. Nivedha RM | TEDxRTU
I am Nivedha RM CEO & Founder at Trashcon Labs Private Limited. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Someone who believes that the skills and education one is bestowed with should be put across to the benefit of the society. With the same ideal and a great amount of passion, i started ‘Trashcon Waste Management’ at the age of 21. I co-founded an NGO at the age of 17 and continued it for four years during my graduation. To sum me up, I believe in ‘creating an impact’.
If each of us could do our bit of good, the world could be a better place to live in. I have been blessed to be supported by a great team, mentors, and establishments. Trashcon has won several awards and recognition globally. I envision that there be a day when there is no waste dumped on the streets.
I was involved with a lot of social work from my childhood. Hence, when the call of ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ was just beginning, I found myself looking closely at the destruction caused by our waste menace. I wanted to do a campaign to bring home the point of proper waste management and I realized that I could do so by clearing a piece of land near my institution. I, along with a large team, did so. ‘’My only motivational factor was to take a step towards changing this scenario, instead of just cribbing about the waste piled around us. “

I am watching this video bcz I want to enhance my English communication
She is my college alumni of 2017 batch (Chemical Engineering). She started with 2 to 3 friends with this project but ended up doing alone. Some teachers of our department accept that no one supported her and she went literally asking for help from Bangalore muncipal people. However beating all the odds she has made a name for herself. We have a prototype of her machine in our department lab

I am just 15 year old and in class 11 where one doesn't have life .every morning k wake up and i just think today also I have to survive I doesn't have good tuction and feel so depressed when my dbouts are not clear bcz of this Corona but sometimes I feel that God is doing this because he wants to prepare me for future for that reason today he is letting me cry .... Commitment, consistency, never give up attitude , these are the most important in today's world be it in any field. We listen to the people much, giving them the priorities rather than following your own intuition, accepting the things that they say. Remember they are not saying your limitations, they are saying theirs.

Hats off to this young woman for getting involved in such a great mission. My wholehearted appreciation and salute to her. We often say, we have to salute our forces that protect us in borders. I think, she deserves equal honor. Her invention help us reduce the hitherto unrealised danger arising out of dumping of waste indiscriminately. It is a heart touching story indeed.. Also, I would like to appreciate her mother for her words "At least try to solve it. It is ok to fail, but try to solve it.".
