I have a problem, when I connect my PC controller and when I play a game, it does not detect the vertical movement of the right joystick, everything works except that.

My problem is my phone doesn't read certain buttons on my PS4 controller. And ik it's not my controller cuz it works fine on my PS4 and PC but not my phone. So is there a way to connect it to my PC rather than my phone and have the phone mirrored with scrcpy and have it control from there?

mine wasn't working properly.. It says "Could not enable key events"

how do i connect wireless ?

Can you play pubg mobile using the controller, what program do you show?

this is works on my phone with android 11, and 12 but with my another phone with android 8, this is not working. is there any minimum android version required? anyway you got 1 new susbcriber, big thanks!

According to the README on the main GitHub project (github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy#readme): "The Android device requires at least API 21 (Android 5.0)." In the theory it should work, unfortunately I can't help you since I don't have old devices anymore. Try to double check if your USB debugging is enabled (you may have to enable it manually, I don't remember how it worked back in the days), otherwise you can maybe try your luck asking in the "Issues" tab :(

sndcpy 2 has both image and sound so would be great to also have controller with that!

If your Xbox controller is connected and detected by your PC, any compatible Android apps on your phone should work with your controller

SCRCPY_SERVER_PATH

Hey, nice tutorial. Ive followed all the steps and when i try run the code .\scrcpy.exe i get an error message and nothing happens, Ive run the origional Scrcpy and works fine. But yeah it would be awesome if i could get the controller hooked up to my phone aswell. Thanks "ERROR: '/usr/x86_64-w64-mingw32/share/scrcpy/scrcpy-server' does not exist or is not a regular file"

Are you running Windows? The "/usr" looks like a Linux or Mac environment. If not, it's explain in 3:30, you probably misconfigured the environment variable for scrcpy server which is important for this program variant
