It is difficult to be sure. The best is to avoid known licensed products from Disney and Marvel. Also, recently US Copyright Office released a statement saying that AI-generated images cannot be copyrighted. So, if you create something unique and perfect, you cannot copyright it for yourself only. But who knows it is not settled yet so there will be different rules in the future.

Like your step by step guidance, Anastasia! One thing I am not clear on, are you suggesting using and paying for both Kittl AND MidJourney?

Hi there! No, I just showed both tools in this tutorial because Kittl is in my opinion a lot more beginner-friendly, has an intuitive design and more design elements ready-to-use. Midjourney is for more tech-savvy users who don't mind going through a bunch of extra steps (you need to sign up for Discord and create your own thread for Midjourney).

In etsy, If the file size goes above 20mb we give dropbox link in pdf. But how it will integrate with printify ? Customers won't have smooth experience. Plz can you explain

If you can afford it, Shopify would be great, but you have to do your own marketing.

Hi do you have to buy the product's 1st how do you get paid. You buy all the product's 1st add to etsy and if someone buys does etsy get a portion?

You don't buy products first. People buy the product and only then you will be charged for printing and shipping. Etsy will have its commission too and then you are left with whatever is left. But you did NOT pay anything upfront before the sale happened.

Art is allowed whether it is generated by AI or handmade :) However, you need to check if the generated image is not a copy of a licensed image/character etc.

What is NOT free to use (but is used anyway) is REAL art scraped by AI from REAL artists who have the copyrights on their own art but are NOT compensated. And those fake 'artists' who use AI to make a profit of stolen artwork are in fact thieves.
