    @@jphvac5725 Nope not KZread, it's usually harder to delete, it normally wants you to confirm. O well, it only was up barely 1 day, and it's not real informative, but this is the kind of stuff I've been running into.

    Thank you, I'm just pointing out my personal experiences that I have ran into and answers to my own questions that I might have had prior to figuring it out. It's definatly not me trying to sound like I'm the authority on everything, because I have questions that need answers everyday. Thanks for checking it out👍👍

    It’s amazing how a little set up can screw up the operation. I have some Valiant units very similar to those units. Once you get them dialed in they’re pretty much worry free. You figure out more when the season cycles. Good video.

    Yea it was kinda of a short video and appeared simple but I gave the factory some crap about not having some sort of fail safe programming. I work on so much different stuff, it's hard to be great at everything.

    That is a Greenheck RV Unit. The RVE has an energy recovery wheel in the unit has well. The school district that I work for has been having several of these units installed during building renovations. They are used as 100% DOAS units in conjunction with the VRF systems. I have some videos of them on my channel as well. Consider me a new subscriber!

    Nice unit. I work on a 100% OA with 30 k cfm it took the Contrators 1.5 yrs to get the setup right for extreme cold. I had to use them for warranty purposes. I still have to tweak it from time to time. Niagara N4 automation. Beautiful dog. One more thing. That EZ condensate trap is great for indoor use, but will dry rot in the sun.

    We normally use the trap that has a spring in it where it fills up and dumps. Thanks, the wife wanted the dog, she's got 2 older pug brothers that are still getting use to her. 😁

    @@HVACRSurvival Thank you for the response. blah if only we could add drawings to our comments but I believe I've solved my own question, what I'm seeing is a separation between the low fire and high fire on the burners. I mistook it as an opening.

    Is this a 90+ AFUE unit?

  • @HVACRSurvival

    @HVACRSurvival

    4 жыл бұрын

    No it would be in the 80% range otherwise it would have a condensing heat exchanger that could possibly freeze and break if it ever was to go down or was in a off cycle in extreme cold temperatures.

    @@HVACRSurvival True...personally I don't know how a 90+ AFUE heat exchanger can last so long in the first place...Rheem ones seem to last for decades...
