Make these Soft layered Sweet Potato Chapati | Sweet Potato Paratha | Chapati Recipe

Sweet potatoes are one of my favorite things to eat at home. In this recipe amusing them to make a nutritious and tasty chapatis.
This is an easy recipe you can try on any day of the week and goes very well with curries and stews or even with a cup of masala chai or coffee.
INGREDIENTS
2 Sweet potatoes, washed and steamed until very soft.
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 Granulated sugar
1 tbs Olive oil or any vegetable oil of your choice
1/4 cup water, (only use if necessary)

    we put eggs in chapati...i wonder why. not the rolex. we mix 1-2 eggs in the dough

    Eggs made it rubbery texture Better without eggs We do it in Morocco too without egg ❤

    I just finished making these , they are not very soft, I applied oil also furing the cooking process. I did not use any water. It taste good, I eat the 1st one as soon ad it was out of the skillet. What did I do wrong? I took picture.

    Oh no!, just try the recipe again. Give the dough time to rest on every stage.
