Any recommendations about doing that? I just make sure that during the time i play the playlist I stay positive and don't pay attention to the stressful issues in my life. Its my time to be happy peaceful and grateful. So I just think of my person, my son and any other good thing in my life. I take the moment to feel good about myself. Hope that helps dear. So, when I play the playlist, its my happy and grateful and positive zone. I just use the opportunity to be just positive and grateful. So I think about all the things that make me happy, my person ofcourse, my son, my mum, my friends, etc. I try to make sure I do not entertain any negative thoughts. I also take the opportunity for some self love affirmations, so i tell myself things like I am loved, I am worthy of love, I am loveable, I am beautiful, I am hot, I am loving, I am confident etc. If I feel lazy or tired to do these things, I just listen and enjoy the music. I prefer the music subs over the calm versions. Hope that helps 😊😊😊
