Digital technology needs to be open to everybody. It is not something to be applied in the future but today.

Pretty much all you need to know about Digital Inclusion via accessible content in a nutshell. Includes advice for a wide spectrum of disabilities. It should be just enough to guide people towards finding out more. Nice.

Yes, captions should be on by default, and there is a transcript - both a full transcript with visual descriptions, and a transcript of the speech alone. Nate Scarritt yes, in the UK he estimate for disabled people is about 15% of the population - the larger number is essentially about milder impairments - visual, dexterity, or hearing - often associated with aging.
