Make Spirited Away themed cookies with me | Brownie Cookies | Quick and Easy Recipe
Brownie cookies featuring the soot sprites from Spirited Away and My Neighbour Totoro.

Ingredients: (makes 6 large cookies)
50g all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
5g cocoa powder
65g brown sugar
1 egg
35g unsalted butter
pinch of salt
100g chocolate chips
decorations: mini oreos, star shaped sprinkles, royal icing (or melted chocolate)
note: you can add more star sprinkles on the cookie after baking if you find the position relative to the oreos aren't ideal. put a dab of royal icing on the sprinkle then press onto the cookie.
Bake for 10 mins at 365F (180C).
