It was so sad that there was no room on earth here for Jesus, so it was at the stables. Thank you Jesus.

During this time the still quiet voice of God came to me as I reached out to Him suddenly all that I have been experiencing for the past month made sense. Intercessory prayer is vital for this world but the vessel must be able to hold the 'new wine' or the vessel will break. We are the vessels and we must be able to hold the sweet Spirit of God. Lay down your life family.. knell at His cross..Now is the time the harvest is ready beloved. Cleanse the vessel, knell before Him and He will come.. come Holy Spirit come

Perhaps because the words are self-focused instead of 'we' focused regarding our worship of God? A very simple lyric change taking all of the self-focused words: "I", "me", "my", to "us", "we", "our" would probably have landed this song in more church worship sets and raised awareness of the song to more people. There is very little radio listening by the target audience age demographic of this song. Most won't hear it on a local Christian radio station. I have only been made aware of it by it being included in our worship set for the upcoming week. I've asked our worship pastor if we can make the simple lyric changes above - that easily flow with the timing, so that we don't waste a collective worship opportunity for the week to make the collective invitation to God to change us, to have His way with us, etc. Together, and then individually as we are sent out for the week. First few times collective, last time through, individual.

Yes, it is. In the Bible, God states, more than once, He does as He pleases to bring about His purposes. There are no sexual connotations in this song. It's just referring to a person's heart surrender to allow God to move in that person's life the way He wants to to bring Himself glory. Does this help?
