Bro, seriously, like many who have commented on your videos, I play bass at my church, and any time we do a new song I check to see if you have recorded so I can steal your version😅. Make Room, Firm Foundation, Way Maker, House of the Lord, and Great are You Lord… I basically have taken what you do note for note and it’s how I play them, hope you don’t mind 😬 Much respect and appreciation for you and your gift. Also, I notice you use a fret wrap often, do you feel it helps give you that super clean sound that you have in all your songs? Thanks again brother, God bless.

All glory to JESUS. So glad many find these helpful. I haven't played bass in church in so many years...so its a blessing to be able to contribute to the Christian bass playing community. I almost never use the fret wrap....unless for recording slap lines in studio sessions. At this point, it's more of a fashion statement. Don't waste your money. Use it for coffee instead. lol

Ooh Jennifer, I wish I could. I don't read or even understand how tabs work. I play by ear and improv. For that reason, I ensure the fingerboard is very visible. Hope you can glean a few nuggets from these videos. Blessings to you, and all glory to JESUS!
