Make Recyled 3D-Pritning Filament | Extruder Line Setup

How we turn plastic waste into 3D printing filament.
A brief insight into the research and development of recycled 3D printing filament. 🔬♻️
After dozens of material analyses and tests, the manufacturing process is slowly taking its final shape. The whole thing now has to run a bit more reliably and faster, then sales can start.🚀
A few test spools have already been sent out.📦
The first rolls of ASA QiTech filament will soon be available for pre-order on our website. 🚀
More insights into production are on Instagram/Facebook (@qitech.de).
More information about the JARVIS machines can be found on the QiTech Industries YT channel.

Awesome set up! Quick question, have you ever had problems with the filament bulging when it’s coming out of the extruder? I also recycle into filament and it continues to bulge to about +.30mm every 10-15 meters.

Thanks bro! Yeah I had tons of problems with that the trick was for me to really properly dry the Granulat before extrusion we made a HOW To on that it’s on KZread at QiTech Industries

Good machine thanks for sharing, Can you extrude a pipe of say 6mm and 0.5mm wall thickness on this type of machine

How do you make sure uniform thickness bro. I am curious on this. As far as I understand, the temperature, filament pulling speed etc determines the thickness (obviously the nozzle dia)
