This is called cottage cheese or Paneer. Its used for a lot of dishes in Indian Cuisine.

Moira DeBruin I’m so glad you love it 😍
Wow, I've known that you can make plastic from casein for a little while now but it is this easy? Why doesn't everyone just make their plastic? Milk and plastic are both fascinating!

It's not a very sturdy plastic and easily breaks. Also it deforms a lot during the drying process. There are other formulas, using formaldehyde, making it more stable und more useful, but creating those is not as simple anymore. And even those are only useful up to a size of a button. There are good reasons why real plastic is used in most cases.
if the milk and vineger creats curds and whey what is the liquid called ? (rather than filter)

The whey is dissolved into that liquid, btw. The liquid contains everything that remained from extracting the casein from the milk, if it's whole milk (good luck getting actual whole milk these days) it would consist of mostly water, carbs (like lactose), fat, minerals and some other vitamins and proteins that remained water soluble and didn't get tangled up in the casein protein when extracting it, like whey.
thank you so much!
Try making coffee with milk in the same unwashed mug for a polymer sheet on the interior surface.
I really enjoed the recipe can we use lemon juice from

Is that normal?
pov: your school makes you do this but you're vegan so you just watch a vid on it.
Omg is it that easy
Cool
is this really an experiment or an instructional video? i don't think we are testing any hypothesis here.

It is testing what happens when we get vinegar into milk. I agree its methodology could be improved but we don't need to be that pedantic to learn things.
