yes the bare bones texture pack is suitable, if you mean the shader pack i am unsure.

Probably any version below 1.18.30 before Mojang added the stupid RenderDragon feature that killed shaders. He mentions that at 3:26.

just like 1 gb above it dosent consume that much and also you must have a stronger processor cause mine phone vivo y91 has 3gb ram and snapdragon 435 and averaging 20 to 40 fps depen on where you are
