Can you just stop putting him in something that restricts him from standing correctly! He shouldn't be standing on just his back feet. Also give the baby more milk you barely let it eat you're absolutely a monster!!

try letting him climb without the clothes on, but keep his diaper on. I think he built to move better. I think the clothes are too restricting. They look kind of small.

His arms are restrained on purpose. This is a very cruel and painful way of forcing these babies to walk bipedal. Walking bipedal damages their spines and necks. It also keeps their hips from developing properly. Monkeys skeletal system is not made for bipedal walking.
