Make French baguettes and oven bread with this one dough

little adaptation after this try out I have had in my video
* use 1kg of all purpose flower (with at least 11 protein per 100 gr)
start first with 650 ml of water (room temp) and see if you can create a nice ball of douch, not sticky or wet. and see if more water is needed
* 16 gr of sals
* 2 gr of dry yeast
make a nice ball of douch, put a lid on it and let it rest in your turned off oven for 10 hours..
then take it out, shape either baguettes or do what I did in this video and bake it in 25 mins on 250 degrees (but the last 13 minutes of this 250 minutes should be on 199 degrees). good luck. you got this!
