Today I will show you how to build a realistic and very detailed wood pallet in 1:35 scale using polystyrene strips.
Hello Folks, Jorge Damico here.
After some research, I couldn't find wood pallets to fit my needs on 1:35 scale so I decided to create one from scratch. I’ve made all the calculations so they are accurate in size and after trials and errors, I came up with this process so you can create your own pallets in no time.
These pallets are perfect for every diorama or vignette either for a modern battle scene or any other scenario that requires pallets in order to add extra realism.

@@auttoramaJorge, I just tried both your styrene and balsa wood techniques and they both turned out great! I do think I like the styrene method better. It just looks a bit more “in scale” than the balsa wood in my opinion. Thanks again for the guidance!

Great! But for european Trucks you need to build EUR Pallets. They have exact 120cm to 80cm!
