@Stephen - I know you’re updating to the Lutron Divas throughout your house, but did wanted to also point out you can integrate your Lutron products into Brilliant via SmartThings. You DO NOT have to have a SmartThings hub, only an account. This allows you to incorporate those switches into your gestures on the Brilliant panel (one and two finger swipe up/down) as well as scenes, etc. Just thought I’d point that out since it isn’t super obvious. Also, I’m a HomeKit only smart home user and have nothing SmartThings outside of just an account to get Lutron hub into my Brilliant panel. I’ve had a 3 gang for almost a year at this point and I’m starting to hate it because the switches connected are starting to show no response quite a bit. I, too, have Divas throughout the home and will likely be replacing the panel with divas in the near future.

Yessir, I’m not near as savvy with smart home tech as you and was able to get it working. Basically controlling all lights in the house from the panel which is kinda neat. Yes, the 3 lights tied to the 3 switches show no response in HK but a restart always fixes it. But it just shouldn’t happen with a $500 panel. Also, a huge missed opportunity for it to not expose the motion sensor and camera to HK. I’m not sure about the plug version, but mine has a little sliding door you can slide to cover the camera as well…I think you mentioned you wish that was an option? Anyway, going to miss having you on HomeKit insider, if it continues. Best of luck to whatever you have going on next! I enjoy your content, thanks!

7:01 I’m not sure why this model doesn’t have it, but the in-wall model does have a physical slider that hides the camera if you don’t want to use it, or at least both of my 2-gang models do

Thank you 🙏 Yes (ish). Sonos speakers appear in HomeKit, but in order to send music you have to start from Apple Music app and AirPlay, or use the Sonos app.

Brilliant is also the only app that lets you control your Sonos when not on the same WiFi network -- i.e., when you're not at home. Fun fact. @@beardfm

Home assistant is still cheaper and better.

Apple should fix the compass problem. İ own a apple watch ultra and compass shows wrong directions. Not only ultra all apple watches have the same problem.

Apple is cool, but I'm glad I set everything up using Alexa. My smarthome has never been better.
