How often do you keep things simple in your interactions?
Are you complicating things to look interesting, intelligent, …?
If you struggle with the above
Do not freak out!

We are all struggling with the implementation of common sense everyday.
Sometimes because we hang on to a thought!
Sometimes because we like to be in the spotlight!
Or simply because we love to spin a story!
BUT
If we want our companies and our life for that matter,
