נושא חשוב וקרוב ללבי המורה המחנך שבחר את המקצוע צריך לדעת להעביר זאת בצורה הכי טובה ומוצלחת כדי שהתלמיד יבין . נכון יש היום יותר מודעות לבעיות לימודיות .אבל יש היום יותר דרכים מעניינות להעביר את השיעור כדי שגם הילדים שמיתקשים יוכלו להבין.

You can get personal, no need to push it to the side. What made you think the main focus is to know/learn a lot? In what way do you see it expressed in your personal chinuch? Do you see it that is what teachers are still encouraging today? Or all your thoughts are based off your experiences you went through?

Thank you Jack for your comment :) growing up and what I have heard from those now in school,is that in several ways they(the school and many parents) portray that a good student is someone who gets a 100 or alef on his tets and report cards,and also the one who memorizes alot,and barely effort and Derech eretz and Ahavas yisroel and being proud to be a yid and chosid!

Great point you are driving home, people can get distracted from all the new trendy exciting things and forget about the basics, the foundation. But you conclude your video, let's try chinuch with AI the new exciting things, and you are forgetting about the basics the need of a teacher or madrich as the Frideker Rebbe explains in depth in Klolei hachinuch (I highly suggest you to read it), ai can never replace the madrich that is necessary at every point of our lives, when you get older a mashpia. It's not just a human soul, it's being able to interact in multiple ways and connect with you and lead you.

Thank you jack for your feedback :) I guess I wasn't clear enough,we need both so in addition to what you wrote and the start off especially for the student would be a madrich but the KNOWLEDGE academically is what AI should provide instead of humens,I believe when it says that "there will be "someone" helping the Jewish people serve hashem when moshiach comes,which we are in the threshold hold now,I believe that it also or particularly could mean AI

Let me also add that AI is a neutral klipas nogah powerful tool and we have to use it to serve hashem more efficiently. Another general important point as I had mentioned in my first Video is that this channel is a platform to discuss ideas I just start the topic there is more you can check out there.and I will make this last point clear on all my videos of the channel.

You mention in the beginning that derech ertz can mean intimacy and then you mention that they should be teaching derech ertz in schools!?

Thank you Jack for your comment :) let me clarify,i have said in the video that derech eretz is a vague term use to express many things,I just wanted to exaggerate the point that it even refers to intimacy,but not that they should teach that specific meaning.however you did bring up another juicy topic that the concept of shmiras habris and the topic around it,I believe is not educated (if any)well.very likely make a video more at length about it
