I worked for a wedding florist for almost 10 years in Lake Tahoe. ALWAYS be prepared with extras. Totally agree! I remember having to make a last minute boutonniere out of centerpiece flowers because the bride had forgotten about one of the uncles. Thank goodness I had extra ribbon, tape, and pins!

You are so creative. Love the centerpieces. I think it is generous of you to give your clients 3 free mock set-ups. Either they know from the beginning what they want or they should be able to get it in 3 tries but after that it is fair that they pay for your time to come up with more mocks.
