If you want to line images up to match, set the Blend mode to Difference and when the Image turns Black, you know that they're perfectly aligned

7:17 Transform nodes are not limited to 5x scale. Just type a greater number and the slider will automatically adapt to the new range.

2:51 You can go into fusion setting and make that a default. So that you don't have to change setting every time you open fusion.

@@BillyRybka When you are inside fusion, click on the top bar and go to Fusion settings. There you will find a tab called FLOW. There you can choose the default values for fusion =)

Very nice video. I especially liked the trick to use temporary transform nodes to improve the workflow when working with two layers. I think the workflow could be improved a little bit. You can save pictures in Goodle Earth pro. Set video resolution and remove all the map elements in the options. Then chose the map position/angle for your planned transition. From that point on use '+' key only for zooming in on the map. Use the mouse only for saving pictures. That way all screenshots should be perfectly alligned when starting within Fusion.

It would be the same thing but just keyframing the opposite way. So i probably wont do that. But i do plan on making one that uses drone footage!

i just tried it out with some Minecraft maps ( out of game to an in-game map ) and it worked a treat! Cheers! I'll pop this Video in the description i use it in to credit you so if others want to learn it then can hunt you down!

Using shutter angle 180° on transform node will also give motion blur.

Very cool! One question, though: you did this with 5 images. When I tried the same with 6 images, I only seem to be getting a part of the animation, missing the beginning. Is this due to some limit, or have I done something wrong? Would appreciate any hints on this situation.

At Time Stamp 3.54 you mentioned click the right button on Transform 5 so we can see it on the right screen. But there's nothing on my right screen when I do that. It's just all black. lol i solved this by just screenrecording my google earth search lol

Honestly, I would have just taken a picture at every zoom increment and played them quickly. The way you did this was *over complicated* considering the final result literally looked like two images merged together with a video transition. There was *NO* sense of truly zooming in from that far away, it was just a big blur.

Didnt understand a thing! 😅
