This video is about Make an Argentinian Grill. This is a one day build as hoping to use grill tomorrow night... The idea is to put hardwood logs into the fire basket and burn until white on the outside then transfer to under the grill bars. The cook temperature is controlled by adding or removing logs or cinders. This is a form of low temp coking over a longer period of time. This method will produce the most succulent meat as the flavours, fat smoke, wood smoke and juices all interact and add flavour. In the next video I'll show the grill in use and the end results. There are two spellings of parrilla/ parilla not sure which is correct? Comments below please for correct spelling.
