I love this card, I made it for my Husband's 71st birthday on 3/1. I usually make him 5 cards for celebrating different events. I make cards using Anna Griffin and Crafter's Companion as well as Stampin' Up. My Husband LOVED this card the best. He has taken it with him to show friends & family and he hasn't done that with any of the other cards that I have made through the years. Thank you so much for sharing this idea.

Thank you so much for sharing, Patty. My brother has his 65th birthday this summer and he’s going to get this card! He’s quite an outdoorsman and I will probably tone down some of the papers to make it a bit more masculine, but it will be fun planning this card and assembling it. And a special thank you for the DSP “hinge” idea! It’s perfect!

Awesome, Patty! A dear friend had her 75th yesterday. She and her husband moved to Croatia, but she's coming back in April to celebrate this milestone with family and friends. I will CASE your card, although I've sent her a card already. This one, however, is too fun! Love the "hinge" element, too. Thank you so much for sharing!

Great idea thank you! My Dad's 80th next week and I've made a start on this. Putting those strips down the bottom of each page was a bit tricksy once you tried to fold it, realised I need to put a fold in it first and then stick it in!

I gave these both in person, but if mailing I'd use a 6x8 padded envelope.
