Recycle and reuse unneeded jar as a flower pot.
Handheld drill, diamond coated drill bit, a jar and plastic lid is all you need.
There's 5min video with more details linked, make sure to check it if you are going to to this in real life. There's few gotchas. The drilling is sped-up, it takes 1-2 minutes to drill through. Be careful and don't press down towards the end or it's easy to crack the jar.
