This is part 1 of a video series where I'm going to do some ridiculous things with an old wired doorbell. In this first video, we are going to look at a non-intrusive way to detect if someone has pushed your doorbell button. Then we will play a sound in another building over the network AND send a push notification to your phone over pushover.net.
