Hey Tommy, I have Code Red, but I'm doing vlm w/ Oreck for the moment. I do purchase All Fiber Rinse. Is it okay if I spray down code red first then follow with rinse spray or do I combine them?

Code red is not for vlm. Get something like angry lemon by encapstore for high ph cleaner

how long would you think it should take someone to do a 3BR by themselves with a portable and also dry vacuum? I do a Dry vacuum, fill my portable up(2.5 buckets, I try to do this in between vacuuming rooms ), spot and prespray, then agitate with oreck, then hookup and run the hoses+ wand then extract, I feel like it takes me too long but iam nonstop once im done talking to the customer.

Would take me 45 min. To and hour. Try this Vacuum all areas Pre spray all areas Scrub were needed all areas The extract all areas This is more productive and less chaotic. The more you do it the quicker you will get.

You mentioned to me once to not put chemicals into my portable machine. I think I need better clarification. at 6:35 you mention you'd have a rinse chemical coming out of the wand if you used a high pH for cleaning. Would you only do that because you have a truck mount? Would I do the same with my portable if I used a high pH for cleaning or should I use another pump sprayer to apply the rinse and then just use the machine to wash it all away?

Same for portables, you would pre spray with cleaning solution, if it’s a high ph then add an all fiber rinse to your portable clean water tank. Follow directions on the bottle of how much. This way it’s doing the rinsing with the wand. It neutralizes the ph. In all other cases just water in your portable
