Hello, can i change the fees for the german market in the list ?

Hey Heather!! please make a deep dive in on returns and exchanges and cancellations for Etsy. I'm confused as a new POD seller as to whether or not I should accept them. Because some people I've talked to do not accept the returns and exchanges and when a situation happens they just let the customer keep the product ( the defective ones) and not ship it to them. I'm not in the US but most of my customers are US based what do you recommend for sellers like me? Also cancellations how should I accept cancellations in my shop . I know no matter what your policy is , people still will ask these things. What should be the policy for new sellers.. Thanks for the great information you always provide!!

Hi Heather, I know it has nothing to do with this video, but I have a BULK order and I have not been able to find a video explaining how the process works with Printify. Please ,could you make a video explaining it? I don't know how it is processed and how the customer is charged. From what I have seen, you set up the Bulk order directly on Printify, they charge you and you have to charge the customer separately. That means that I would have to make an invoice so that they can pay me. I don't know if that's the way it is, or another way. Thanks your videos have helped me a lot!

I watched your webinar on 6/26 as a new seller. Just learning that sellers are closing their accts on Etsy because of the new payment system PLAID. This company just paid out 58 million in damages. What do you know about PLAID getting all your bank acct info including sensitive info password with your bank.

Hi Heather, I watched your webinar on 6/26. I am not learning that we are required to use PLAID in order to receive our payments. PLAID was forced to pay 58 million in a recent lawsuit. I noticed many sellers have dropped their accts on Etsy-- just curious as to what you know about PLAID

Are you using Etsy ads and discounts on your products? Those two things together can go a long way

@MisterStoke I can't justify ads, when I'm not making any sales, let alone money. Running discounts is pointless, if you don't even have traffic coming to your shop.

There's many factors that go into getting visibility or getting seen on Etsy and traffic. It's a combination of having a 'click-worthy' product (design + product + relevant SEO + high quality mockup image for the main thumbnail) to get visits/views, even if you have the perfect cultivated SEO. Some bestsellers I've found have had not great SEO(no tags and 5 word titles) but get sales/traffic on repeat because they have a high converting listing + great social media strategy or ad campaign. I've found it does come down to a combination of the product, design, SEO, mockups and how converting/click-worthy your listing is to get consistent traffic. @@lmlowe9100You have to remember that Etsy runs off of an algorithm. So if you’re not generating sales to rank higher in the algorithm, and also not running ads or discounts, then how do you expect to generate traffic to your shop?
