There is a Audi Pikes Peak build for tokyo 600 without wall riding, its not easy to control the car in the begining, but is confortable with 40s lead, no pit. But I will try this car.

Just beat it with the clean bonus thanks to you. Much appreciated for the grip build. I didn’t like the wall ride especially in vr it was no fun. Now I can actually drive clean and get the win. You just gain a new follower. Keep it up 🎉

Yeah Lemans is my go to...ill give this one a go. It will be a new change of scenery. Ive put literally probably 10k miles at LeMans in mostly a Alfa 166...i love the AWD...and the race is always interesting because im not guaranteed 1st and ya never know what the weather will do.

Nice setup. I was given a build on the Escudo that looks similar in terms of performance as this one. It’s another zero stop strategy, fuel map 1 all the way to last lap when might have to turn it down a bit. Easy sub 2:10 lap times on SH tyres and despite a wet track it handles like a charm. I don’t get on with wall riding, I’d rather just drive the course so this build it great for that

Yeah I think the escudo is faster. But the benefit with this one is the car is probably already in your garage and is much more manageable to drive 👍🏻

Thanks Chris, will try it now. It makes sense - I had used the same car for the Le Mans grind. Great on a wet or damp track, with 4WD, and super quick. Why i hadnt thought of it for this race? D'oh me 😢

SUGGESTION (grip mode): ive been following his suggetion, and ive to say its work perfectly! HOWEVER, i suggest that change the transmission (top speed) to 300. Because your car can only hit 285-290kmh. Changing transmission to 300 making your car way way faster on acceleration.

Yeah this is a super hard race!

speaking of fuel mileage; you know what's really fun? Getting the Porsche 959 from a roulette ticket and thinking it is gunna dominate in the WTC races - only to find out that it consumes 1/2 a tank of fuel in a single lap... On the opposite end of the spectrum, running the 787B in WTC 800 races is pretty dope (unless it is at Suzuka). Turns out, the Le Mans cars are pretty good at conserving fuel and minimizing tire wear... Who knew?

The wall ride build is OTT fast on the straight. It's doing 16 seconds to the 1st time split My Suzuki Escudo 666HP 861KG does it in 18.8 with a tailwind.

Been building a bunch of cars for this, but so far it’s the Mitsubishi GTO that gives the most fun, challenging, and easy win for this Tokyo600. On SH tires, I got a build that gives me 300+kph top speed but also superb acceleration on straights and corner exits, plus I take advantage of oversteer by entering corners really fast, breaking just right after turning to powerslide and pass through corners as fast as possible 💯

I am wondering if this can be completed with the Toyota GR Supra Race Car '19. I have been using that in a couple of races and it is cornering so well. I only added a high RPM turbo to the vehicle. My only concern is gas consumption.

It might work quite well. Typically the race cars have good fuel mileage. Give it a shot 👍🏻

You just de-tune the Toyota Supra race car and slap SH tyres on it. No pit stops needed. You’ll lag behind the leaders but they’ll pit twice anyway. Ensure you have the racing transmission and set the top speed to around 320 as you won’t top out higher on the straight anyway. I also used the V8 M3 road car without much trouble. Needed a pit stop however. Play the game properly. No lame wall riding or hacky solutions needed.

Thank you so much for this! This was an easy win! The question that I have with this build, and it seems that other rally cars have this problem as well. The drive is pretty much vibrating on the remote the entire duration of the race, whether accelerating, turning, or just driving straight. What is the cause of that?

tried it with both this and the focus rally car and still get pipped by the RX by 1/2 sec on the line, and with the focus I had to pit for 1 lap worth of fuel.

I use my Honda RA272 for wall riding. Gets the job done everytime. I am also for driving clean on sim race games, but come on, if I have to grind my butt off to get some hard earned credits I will wall ride it all the way to Vegas and back Baby!

@@goncalopereira8493 I don’t think you’re asking me 😂 but my guess is you still have racing tyres on. If everything else is like the video, racing tyres usually bump up performance points by around 60-70 points.

You can use to transmission. Should work no problem. The reason for the lower grip tires is because you don’t need the grip for the corners because you’ll wall ride most of them. It does allow you to invest those PP points into power for the long straight on this track 👍🏻👍🏻

The Ford Focas RS Rally car which you win in a challenge wins with just lowering the PP add a adjustable gearbox to raise the speed to 280. lower it to 5mm from the lowest point. Drive on hard sports tyres. you can win without wall sliding. but it slides well on the bend at the first straight, if you need a bump. easy car to drive to. AND NO PIT STOPS !!! :)

I win the race with swapped Honda beat ‘91 with total PP 541 Fully engine modified and transmission with sport soft tyres - lean power 1 -pit stop at lap 6 only after that put the lean power 3 You can use this to win with wall riding and over 1 mnt between you and the 2nd place and also without wall riding you can win with minimum 30 second difference . This is the easiest race with this car

Nice builds but still too slow for grinding... Wall riding is the way to go for the quick grind... The Escudo is also the way to do it with the glitch build. 900+HP and a race takes around 23.5 minutes with my laps in the 1:47s to 1:50's.... If I want to race clean and take a half hour exactly I race Le Mans with my Honda RA272.... it's the bomb, especially in VR.

Yall dont need to ride the wall, get yourself the Aston DP-100. Set up with sport hards, 70 on ECU, & 93 on power adjuster, never need to pit, just remember to shift at 6500, has a weird power curve that only a stroked out bi-turbo hybrid V12 would have 😁

shame this race is so boring, I could only handle doing it a couple of times

Do you have a favourite?

For earning credits just wall ride, at the end of the day most people will have to grind this race out to earn money rather than for a sense of accomplishment, so why make it more stressful avoiding cars. If the game paid out better, people wouldn't repeat these races with wall riding etc. Supprised this car has great fuel saving. The issue is that you can just about do this race within the parameters of PP at aeound 23 possibly 22minutes fastest per race, so its not possible to earn 1.9million per hour more likely 1.6 million tops. Good video tho 😊

I SVT tomahawk, VGT (Gr-1) You do is racing hard downforce 800 2000 ECU 90 Performance Adjustment 123 -50 100 Transmission is it hard and you have to buy turbo And you will be at exactly 800 PP And don’t touch anything else This is the fastest car so far

The Escudo is even quicker than that in 600, 700 and 800PP events so do not underestimate one of the most naturally broken and OP vehicles in GT history.

I finally beat it with a Bugatti Veyron with a lot of wall riding

Nice build - my PP for the grip build is different 598.19 I've got 516HP (100 output on fully adjustable) BUT 0-0.25 miles is 11.15 0-0.62 miles 20.25 62-93mph 2.65 seconds. Everything else is identical

They didn’t actually it runs fine ig it took 26minutes for one run with the wall ride method so you will make about 1.65million in about an hour good method.

It's easier to overtake the cars if you do it in hard difficulty as they space out quite a bit more. If you chose to do the cheat way (sigh) it is once again easier and faster if you turn off the assists as you need the wheels to lose traction, it is how the speed is initially maintained once you allow the corner to 'catch' you, imagine you are a struck cricket ball and the wall is the metaphorical catcher taking the 'sting' out of the catch. A very nice couple of builds Chris out of what is fast becoming a very useful car, 👏. I sincerely hope that the scorn that you anticipate is born from self recrimination rather than any real perceived threat as that would leave me very disillusioned and incredibly disappointed in an arena that I have found to be very encouraging and helpful in the main. Like deployed 👍 😎🎙🏎✅️
