MAJOR RUSSIAN HQ BURNS, KEY GENERALS WOUNDED ! Breaking Ukraine War News With The Enforcer (Day 818)

A major Russian HQ used to coordinate all forces in Ukraine was hit by a SCALP-EG missile leading to the destruction of the entire heafquarters, and the wounding of key generals and commanders of the Russian army. Russian forces are still taking record losses in the Kharkiv offensive, and are making little to no gains over the past 48 hours. Russia has also confirmed the loss of the project 22800 warship, destroying Russia's last cruise missile capable vessel in the Black Sea. Ukraine seems to be poised to do well during the remainder of the Russian offensives.

The American Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) system, formerly known as National Missile Defense (NMD), was first tested in 1997 and had its first successful intercept test in 1999. Instead of using an explosive charge, it launches a hit-to-kill kinetic projectile to intercept an ICBM. The U.S. Missile Defense Agency (MDA) has worked to develop and deploy a number of such systems to defend the homeland, allies and assets abroad. In this vein, the United States has developed three theater (regional) systems and one to protect the homeland, the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) system. Theater Ballistic Missile Defense systems target incoming short-, medium- and intermediate-range ballistic missiles. These systems include the land-based Patriot Advanced Capability (PAC-3) and Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) systems deployed in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and the sea-based Aegis system, although the Aegis Ashore can be deployed on land. The GMD system aims to protect the U.S. homeland from intermediate and long-range intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMs) by destroying the incoming warhead in its midcourse phase, outside of the Earth’s atmosphere. It is designed to be effective against an accidental or rogue missile launch and not against the strategic deterrents of Russia and China. First deployed in 2004, this system currently comprises 40 ground-based interceptors at Fort Greely in Alaska and four at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, in addition to associated satellite and radar systems. The Next Generation Interceptor program, currently being implemented, would produce 31 new interceptors to replace current interceptors in Fort Greely and Vandenberg Air Force Base for more advanced interceptor systems. These new interceptors are expected to cost $498 million each totaling $18 billion over the life of the program. They are currently planned to be fielded in 2027 or 2028.

I am looking for what’s happening on the front lines, facts and general information that’s concise and to the point. Your knowledge is helpful to understand what’s happening. Your short clips videos I view most evenings are exactly that format, to the point full of facts and brilliant, I wish they were longer so you could dig deeper especially on front line movements & strategy and maybe if you reduced the QA sections you may have more free time! Always appreciate your work and watched you from the beginning. UK Yorkshire

You had a discussion weather hunting bullets from shotguns would disable drones. In my view you need to know the type of material and thickness of the drones and the speed and mass of the bullets. With some experiments and calculations you can determine if it would be effective. It would be a nice science experiment. My point is that you don't need several expensive drones.

Bird shot for low flying plastics could work. However, you do need to be closer than may be comfortable. I would probably want something like a 12 guage handy in a trench, but I don't think it would be the major secret anti-drone weapon, realistically. The range is very short, spread gets wider over area, etc.

The Bone Claws were a retcon. Originally prior to the Adamantium process Logan was a wet-works operative with his mutant abilities and NO claws. The change to make the bone claws part of his mutation was the single worst thing written about him. Having Magneto rip the Adamantium out was epic, but the bone claws make zero sense. The blades never looked anything like boney claws. The bone doesn't even look like actual claws. Having blades inserted looks better and always made sense. They also changed the nature of the Adamantium coating his bones. Used to be a skeletal structure, almost robotic. Now it's merely coating each individual bone. What? first time anyone saw the actual skeleton was in the original Days of Future Past, where a Sentinel in that timeline incinerates Logan, and his skeleton was not merely bones but had connected joints. This is why Hulk ripping him in half in the Ultimate Universe also made no sense. Changes are fine at times, but fundamental changes ti characters are not typically and can often be for the worse.

Thing about condolences to Iran is that obviusly the guy was a POS. But in the interest of one not looking liek "haha we killed him" and two the hopes of diplomacy with whomever takes over.. You know its not like they got more than a letter and a flag at half. UN for better or worse has to somewhat show respect to all countries participating. If UN was seen to show disrespect to basically Russias closest ally, Russia could quite justifiably consider UN a hostile organisation and move out of more treaties and agreements. But in all fairness Russia and Irans UN representatives claiming palestinian human rights and that Israel couldnt stike back at Iran... Those two would fit right in the Hague warcriminal court.. not so much the floors of the UN.
