Yep, under California law, it must be a tone that oscillates at no more than 249 times per minute. That leaves it to wail and yelp.

That is because certain tones of sirens could cause cancer or birth defects known to the state of California. The other 49 states don't give a shit!

The valley uses lapd also, lapd was involved in a pursuit and since it went into scv lasd and lapd handled it
