I bought Ather 450x last month. Showroom people explained in detail about the vehicle. Same ola showroom went they dont explain the process properly. Even after 1 month of buying ather still any doubts showroom people are responding good. Excellent vehicle.

Bro ola must give key option When key option came software issue came means also we can drive. I think They give only key option in basic model, they want give for high varient also

Bro I also facing same problem in ola air. I buyed one month later only 1500 kilometre I ride. More than 15 times I face this problem. I raise the many complaint in ola. But no use they doing hard reset and saying company will solve this problem in software update. Now I am doing reboot everyday And the reboot also not happening immediately while software hanging. It take 15 mintits to do reboot For me now it's normal

Same problem for me also sir I didn’t drive 300km also 1 week only complete it was new bike same running stop problems coming in case I gone to any village automatically it was turn off display bilk problem and it’s very hard to say service side very difficult for small problem they talking 4 days but the bike power was very very good

Ola scooter is good in design except which all are worst. It is worst service. when it comes in terms of motor vehicle every customers need service. Which is lacking in Ola. No one should do the mistake of buying this vehicle They are fooling the common public. I purchased this for my daughter seeing their advertisement that 195 km in full charge. Effectively they are giving half of it. None of the mode they provide the mileage. One percent charge required for one kilometre in normal mode which is next to economy mode. In 100% charge it shows 143 km range. Where as we will get only 100km. I have opted for roadside assistance while purchasing the vehicle. after riding for 900km in less than three months it's belt broke. I called for roadside assistance at 12 noon. I got call back from them after half an hour. the vehicle got picked up after six hours. This is the experience of mine from Chennai's heart of the city Parrys corner. You will not get anyone to call and speak directly. All work in Mobil application. Which may or may not respond. Do not recommend it for anyone Software issue are too much

@rioc - Raise a consumer complaint in national consumer grievance portal, which is owned by central government it will be forwarded to the concern company and they have to provide resolution within 45 days, else you can proceed with online consumer case filing..mostly you will get resolution within 45 days.
