This is how you evaluate the performance and work ethic of a fire department while using these videos. 1. Get that hero business out of your head. Before you become a Hero, you first have to possess a strong and responsible Work Ethic. You either have one or you don't. It doesn't come with the uniform or through training. 2. From the beginning of the video, can you see the burning material? Not the flames but the actual, material like a burning room while looking through a window or like a garage. 3. Notice how much equipment and manpower are there and if hoses are pulled and ladders set. That will give you an idea of how long they have been there. 4. If you have determined that they have been there a long time and you can see the Burning Material, then you have to ask, "Why haven't you put your tank water on that material and stopped combustion? In this case, the fire is inside and has burned through the roof. The key is to gain access through doors and windows to put water on that Hidden Burning material, not climb on the roof to accomplish nothing positive unless you feel getting Off is important. If the fire has burned through the roof, how safe is that roof to walk on? How are you going to surgically apply water through the holes in the roof onto the burning material? I don't care what they saw or what they think they are doing, they are unnecessarily risking their lives with no positive end in sight. Because they didn't focus on getting water inside, the fire only got bigger. 4:43 You have to surgically apply water onto the burning material. You have to THINK about where every drop is going and what it is accomplishing. He has no clue. That is called "Water Squirting" or "Being a Fountain Statue." This was Los Angeles!!! "Highly trained Professionals who Must know what they are doing?"

I want my master streams directed through any available door or window, which I have opened and directed on burning material. Putting water on smoke and fire (4:55) or directing aerial devices into a vented roof is mostly for show and an admission that the building is a loss.

@@lindahoff7391 Good for you! That shows you are thinking. "Eliminate the threat quickly and safely while using the least amount of water." Words to do the job by. You may want to add this list to your page. kzread.info/head/PLkp0E1ao1XEzg384QZ4ovMA_6P7gCY3nJ
