Aww 🥰 how lovely meeting your son Abbey! My favorite is Bois D’Argent! I have been wearing that now for over a year and adore it! Always get compliments 😁. And yes, it’s super subtle yet elegant. I’m a big fan of Iris which is found in that formula. I even buy the candle in the same scent and burn it at home 👌. Love 💗

BUT now - they just remind me of myself at those ages and I wanted to evolve and smell different in my 40's- into my 50s. So I am having so much more fun with perfume now. Hi Abby, I love this video! Emmet is such a sweetheart 🥰 (and so handsome)! This is a great way for hm to 'train' his nose for fragrance. As you know, it takes time to develop the art of 'sniffing', and it's fantastic that he is willing to go around smelling fragrances for you. I wonder how many fragrances he will eventually come to love that he doesn't really like today?! I know that is what has happened with me. It takes time to truly discover the notes you like and the combinations of notes that will become favorites! It's also a great way to spend time together! Super helpful! I’ve had my eyes on Dior Gris, many people love it but can’t describe it, then he said “vintage barbershop” 💈 and over powering which I haven’t heard anyone else say - so now I know this is not for me-thanks Emmet!

Mojave Ghost, Slow Dance, Blanche and La Tulipe made my top four and all for different reasons. I think Mojave Ghost is my favorite, although Blanche is so lovely too! He didn’t have Velvet Haze which I believe is your favorite? If you’re near the square and want to have a sniff fest then ask for Kirk. Have you ever tried a hair fragrance? It looks like Byredo has most scents available in a hair formula. I read somewhere that the hair is the best place to wear fragrance but I can’t recall the reasoning. I tend to get stuck on a brand and buy several. My last was Jo Loves which I still like, but after watching your affinity for fragrances I’m eager to try MFK and now Dior too.

You must have enjoyed creating this video with your son. He is so sweet and patient. He is so handsome and definitely has your beautiful eyes. I had a chance to try those fragrances in Hawaii last month and I was so overwhelmed so this is very helpful. I hope you will take some days off from YT during the holidays and spend quality time with your family.

Hi Abby, that's wonderful that you can have your son with you! I see the resemblance. I was born in NY raised in NJ and actually living in TX. I love NY! Also, I am a perfume addict. Please don't ask me how many bottles of perfume I have. My latest purchase was Estee Lauder, Aerin Aegea Blossom, it's so beautiful. Other honorable mentions would be Chanel, #5, Chance, Coco Mademoiselle, Venice and Gabrielle. From Jo Malone I have at least 10 but my all time favorite is Angelica Tuberose. From Dior I have original Miss Dior, Miss Dior absolutely blooming, just to give an idea of what I like. I'm very curious with this line of Dior. I see ads but I don't have a store where I can test them. Hopefully after I see this video and having Emmet as our nose to choose or at least give us an idea of what to get! Great video idea! I'm with you, I like Gris Dior even as a man. Ambre Nuit used to be my favorite, they use ambergris not the regular amber accord. I think it's beautiful like a translucent rose. Finally got Bois d'Argent

Gris Montaigne is a dope . Its my signature scent and I'm 30. It's so classy, elegant and a compliment getter. Too bad, the smell is too strong for the summer heat.
