I have the OG and Clone, Clone smells 99% same as OG, the only thing that truly draws the distinction is the projection and longevity!!

Normally I'd always say if you can afford it, get the OG, if you can't get the clone - with this one though, get the clone unless you can get your hands on a bottle from before 2021, the performance of the OG Chanel now is dire and the clone absolutely smashes it. I have an older bottle of Allure HS from 2018 and that's spot on, I also have a bottle of Alpine I keep in my gym bag, and a 2022 bottle of Allure HS I got for Christmas from someone who bought the wrong one (I asked for the extreme version) and that's so weak compared to the other two. If it wasn't a gift I'd have sold it by now as I'll never wear it, it's had a year to macerate and it's still piss weak. Jon Legg (legendary fella and part time reviewer) I think said the same about the newer formulations being poor.

It’s about average on the performance side and it’s about 95% the same just weaker performance you will need to respray

Alpine Homme Sport is just as good All you need to do is macerate it a month or two weeks if not maybe even a few weeks depending on how you do it

That’s not how I tell the difference on a fragrance, to say they smell the same in the air is not the complete take on a fragrance breakdown I always apply to skin ! Thanks buddy for your feedback
