I tried it and it's a perfect fit for the sweet shop; however, instead of oil, I think I'll use Ghee. The oil has a distinct odor after a day or two. I believe it is less with GHEE.

Your explanation is like Army attack training procedure, every step has to be executed at correct time in perfectly planned way....else you are screwed up.

Till now I didn't get any idea to make sweets....I don't even like seeets actually.. but after watching your video I am always thinking to cook... So sweet of you vismai food...

I see almost all Vismai food videos. No doubt this Mysore pak with perfect measurements is a one try success recipe. I have tried this recently and a small suggestion teja garu. Mysore pak may break in to pieces after cooling, but no doubt there is no wastage if we take correct bowl (a little hollow mould). Pouring the mixture in to exact capacity bowl, may overflow. Need to take a wide and hollow bowl. That worked for me. Hope it will be helpful for others. Thanks.
