Exactly. Personal responsibility is the most foreign concept for these people. Sitting there pondering why someone would be a CO while simultaneously crying the blues for a bunch of criminals who had to cop out bc they had a shitty lawyer. So the young man who decided to go for a good paying job with great benefits and a solid retirement is a mystery but the young man drug dealer/stick up kid/gang banger is totally understandable?

Like vlad said, someone's worst action does not determine who they are. I 100% agree. Some time's the most gangster person you know is just a dude that stops the gangsters from acting too hard, if that makes sense. Like he's a gangster against other gangsters but to normal people he's a stand up dude. So if he killed one of those other gangsters, I wouldn't look at him as a bad guy.

Maxout Bandz 2010 i was 18. First i went into intake where they take your clothes and shoes and give you a thin thermal , slippers and sweats. It was cold as fuck and in a small ass cell i slept on the floor. Then i went to mob 1, with 30 bloods and latin kings in there for robbery , attempt murder etc. then to see a doctor we sat on a skinny bench for prob 15 hours to be seen , getting advice from the og’s on what to do and not to do once were in our permanent housing dormitory ( the crib ). I was mentally preparing myself for the worst. Walking through the halls i saw a kid mopping one second and gets jumped the next. Some co’s are pieces of shit and will let them fight for entertainment then break it up later. Back to the mob 1 i went and was ready to go to my permanent house. They can put you with any gang and you gotta be ready for the worst. Just fight back and youll be left alone but youre gonna get pressed. Right before that they called my name and i was bailed out. Jail wasnt for me i wasnt going back and got my shit together it was a blessing in disguise.

But before the gangs you were tested..... seemed like everyone was coming back from court or the halls with a bandaged face from cuttings..... we carried and spit razors out from our mouths.....by the way I was in prison with Maino's man Gotti and he always mentioned Maino. If you want to hear some soul touching music listen to KOB 3 and Party and Pain ..... 2 of my favorite albums from Maino.... he's cultivated his craft and he's gotten better and better... he's cut from the same cloth as Pac and DMX

I was a inmate on Rikers Island in OBCC in 99 working main sanitation where you went from dorm to dorm collecting the garbage. In the main section where the exit of the building was located there was about 20 knives and razors attached to this board. There was a actual sword that was created by a inmate attached to this board. There was a paragraph that stated there were over 1900 inmate on inmate and inmate on staff stabbings and slashings in 1993. 1993 was the beginning of the Blood movement on Rikers. The period that Maino is talking about is before 93 where there was even more violence and less strength in numbers that some gangs provided. By 1999 when I got there the department of corrections made a deal with local district attorneys to re-arrest any inmate who attacked another inmate or co and take them to regular outside court for a new charge where previously you received time in the box. When I arrived in 99 there were signs in every building informing inmates they would be rearrested and receive between 8 1/2 to 25 years. The island is horrible right now as it always was but its no where near where it was.

Javell Johnson 8 % of all prisoners in the US are privately owned. Quit being a fuk up and destroying your community and you won’t have problems. Always wanna blame sombody else for dumb descisions. Taking responsibility is what a real man does. Most y’all blaming your drug dealing and violence against your brothers on the system or whitey still ain’t a man yet. Whining lil boys.

The prison system isnt built to bring down blacks it was built to enforce the law. In primarily white countys there will be mostly white prisoners as for primarily hispanic countys. So quit the poor me bullshit

Mel Stacxs shut your dumb ass up. The first police here in the USA was to catch slaves. And they still doing the same shyt...just a little other cultures mixed in. Dont make up the majority of this country but have the most ppl in jail. Knowing damn well white ppl do way more dumb stupid shyt. Vegas shooting an example...but we're the most violent and the most feared. Ppl fear what they cant understand. And outta that fear the ppl that run this shit keep their foot on our neck. Most ppl are asleep still but real ones knw who Gods chosen ppl are. And im not racist at all but if you are white you are esau. I told u too much already. Do research before you tlk shit about a race you really knw nothing about because you won't truly search for it because its hidden. Dumb ass
