I grew up on a farm in rural Germany. I got a Maine Coone kitten when I was eight years old. It was demanding but we raised her good. We never had to care about foxes coming for our chickens when she was an adult. She loved our chickens, the chickens loved her back. And she protected what she considered to be her family.
Both cats are sooo pretty!

No, but cats have their territories. This is Felix's territory. He is much stronger than her.
