Do you have some information about web interface and http streaming for lh19? I tried the rtsp streaming through ISAPI/Streaming/channels/1 URI, but this protocol is very limited. In some pdf I saw the ability for http streaming push url, Streaming/channels/id/httppreview but I was not able to make it work. In document was writen to enable mjpeg sub stream for that case, but how to enable it, probably through web interface? So what the url of web interface??
