Nice! Nothing like inviting some guys over to race to get you motivated to work on the track :) It's that time of year for me; hunting season, when my buddies come out to visit/ hunt.. and with it being dark at 5:30, we race slot cars after dinner :) So I pulled out my table (4x8) and built up a 4 lane track over the last few evenings..

That's great ! My dad worked for Winchester, WAY back, decades ago. I grew up hunting pheasant. My dad hunted Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, Nebraska. We ate a lot of Elk and Phesant. 👍🏻🏁

I've always been a AFX G+ 2nd Gen & Tyco 440 guy...but, i'm planning to purchase 2 Vipers chassis. They look very intriguing.

You will LOVE them.

I run same controllers I recommend installing a sensitivity adjustment knob on controllers … viper chassis are my go to chassis… build a viper jet (removes magnets add brass weights) they are a blast to run. I have 146ft layout on (4) 4x8 tables 😊 with 14 power taps 😂😂

Great video! I have 4 of the Viper VSPEC and one of the Production modified, I love them. Looking forward to the progress on your track build. Why not go with a variable controller like a Difalco controller? I switched to them and can run any car with the one controller. They are a bit more money but worth it. You can order direct from DiFalco's site.

Hey Mark, thanks for stopping bye & commenting. I will check those out. I had a Difaco controller when I raced 1/24 cars. Definitely top notch quality & performance. 🏁 By the way, my layout is same as yours, just two feet longer..at least that's the one I printed a couple years ago (HO slot car racing site..I think..site is gone now) subscribed and look forward to your video's, keep it up. Will- 🏁

What do you do with the three leads on a AFX track.. since there controller only have two..
